Xincon community peer groups will never affect your services or social daycare services because the online community is free of charge and your insurance will never be charged for your participation.

Yes! Every member of the Xincon online community will receive a member ID number where they will be able to explore our online portal and if one of the events interests the member they are more than welcomed to participate regardless of the peer group they belong to.

Because the Xincon community is free of charge to join, insurance does not have to approve eligibility. All Seniors are welcomed to join.

All seniors over the age of 60 are eligible regardless if they are receiving services with Xincon or not they are welcomed to our online community.

For any individual that is not familiar with zoom there will be an info session on how to use zoom and how zoom is connected with the online portal which makes it easy for members to join the group.

For members that do not have a computer, tablet or smart phone they can always call into the community group via telephone even if its their house phone which we will teach members how to do so.
